Yes. Our nutrition program is appropriate for those who want to lose weight, maintain their current weight, or gain weight (muscle mass).

Very basic, high level nutritional guidance is included in the in-person training programs. You can discuss nutrition with your coach before the session begins, or during the session.

Absolutely. You will receive hands on instruction on how to perform each exercise safely. Strength training develops muscle mass, strengthens tendons and ligaments, and improves bone density. Regardless of current fitness level, a personalized progression will be provided for you.

Regardless of your goals, strength training is critical, and it is the foundation of all programs. The loss of muscle mass during a weight loss program is very detrimental to your fat loss goals, and strength is a key component to muscle building.

Memberships are month to month. No long term contracts. You may cancel at anytime to discontinue your following month’s payment.  No refunds for sessions paid for but not used. Some case by case exceptions may be made for pre-planned vacations, injuries, and other extenuating circumstances.

We are currently keeping training sessions to 1 on 1 or a pairing of family/friends. Use of a mask is acceptable if you so choose, and all equipment is sanitized between sessions. With these precautions, along with the data that unhealthy people are more at risk, we feel strongly that we are providing a necessary service to the community by staying open.
